Symptoms

Trying to access WebCenter Portal using url http://<WCP_HOST>:<WCP_PORT>/webcenter and it redirects to http://<WCP_HOST>:<WCP_PORT>/<WCP_HOST>.<DOMAIN> causing a 404 'Page Not Found' to be displayed.

The hostname.domain is generic and can be any text string value.

Adding /portal after /webcenter (http://<WCP_HOST>:<WCP_PORT>/webcenter/portal) continues to work without issues and directs to the portal home page.
