Validation errors in both SOA B2B and Oracle Doc Editor version 8.4.0.5225

In upgrading from SOA Suite 11g to 12c and with working 11g ecs guidelines for EDI transactions, there are validation errors. The same payload and ecs guideline analyzed in Oracle Doc Editor version 8.4.0.5225 gets the same result.
