Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server
User was not able to login. As soon as CS console is launched and credentials entered, below error is seen:

Unable to retrieve user list. Unable to load the user information. Credentials map table ECMAdminCredentialsMap is missing
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Content console
2. Enter the credential and click on submit to see the error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot login to console which is affecting their testing and hence Go-Live date.
