WebCenter Sites - MIME Type Response From Eloqua Getting Rejected (Doc ID 2301070.1)

Symptoms

A WebCenter Sites request sent to Eloqua in the form of

"https://customer.eloqua.com/visitor/v200/svrGP?pps=50&siteid=1643333333&DLKey=8f99b73620304cac95196caf8ed2e2e3&DLLookup=<C_EmailAddress>customr@example.com</C_EmailAddress>&ms=777&firstPartyCookieDomain=eloqua.com"

receives a failing response of

     "Refused to execute script from <URL> because it's MIME type ('text/html') is not executable"

Comparing responses received back from Eloqua shows that
a successful response contains:

     "Content-Type application/javascript; charset=utf-8"

While the failing response contains

     "Content-Type text/html; charset=utf-8"
