Identity Management 11g Configuration Fails when the Weblogic Admin Account becomes Locked

Symptoms

When attempting to configure an Identity Management (IDM) 11g Environment/Domain, the configuration wizard errors out which results in the weblogic account being locked.

The error seen from the adminserver log eg: DOMAIN_HOME/servers/AdminServer/logs/AdminServer.log
