INS-85054 in oggca.sh createing a new Service Manager after removing a previous installation (Doc ID 2301523.1)

Symptoms

 Tryng to create a new Service Manager from oggca.sh after a previous deploymnet was removed and and the software was reinstalled in the same system fails with the following error:

[INS-85054] If the Oracle GoldenGate inventory exists, a new Service Manager cannot be created and registered as a service/daemon

The previous Service Manager was registered as a system service/daemon

Changes

 Removed all deployments and installed GoldenGate using script deinstall.sh
