WebLogic Admin Console Performance Issue with PosixSocketMuxer after JDK Upgrade (Doc ID 2301556.1)

Symptoms

After updating the JDK, the WLS Admin Console pages are responding slower than expected. For example, the summary of Server page and Deployments page in Admin Console take about 45 to 60 seconds.

Before the JDK upgrade to JDK 1.7 from JRockit 1.6 on WLS 10.3.6, the response of these two pages are very quick, about 10 seconds instead of 45 to 60 seconds.
