OAAM Failure Recount And Lock Status Not Being Reset (Doc ID 2301577.1)

Symptoms

In OAAM, when the user enters the challenge questions wrongly for certain number of times. The questions are locked and the failure counter is updated in OAAM.

When the CSR creates the case of the user and resets the challenge questions, the locked status and the failure count is expected to be reset and the questions for the profile are expected to be cleared.

In customer environment, this is not working when questions are reset the locked status and the failure count is not getting reset.
