Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to to start the OIM managed server , the weblogic user is getting locked the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Start the Admin server
2. Once the admin server is up and running start the OIM server
3. The weblogic user will be soft locked and the OIM managed server will shut down
