Custom Page Is Not Saved By Add Custome Page Feature (Doc ID 2301809.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Workspace

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Custom page is not saved by Add Custom Page feature.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Custom page is saved by Add Custom Page feature.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to workspace
2. Create Custome Page
 More -> Add Custom Page -> Apply
  Click More again, it shows Custom Page: 'Page' that is just applied.
3. Logout and re-Login to workspace
4. Click More
 -> Custom Page:'Page' is not shown.
