Symptoms

When executing wlst 'loadApplication' method in off line mode, against an application which has references with other shared libraries, it fails with a weblogic.utils.compiler.ToolFailureException: sun.reflect.annotation.TypeNotPresentExceptionProxy.

 

Using -verbose:class confirmed that the classes are loaded.
