After updating the weblogic 12.2.1.x domains to use JDK 1.8.0_144 and applying the July 2017 PSU patch for weblogic ( as the CPU advisory), the webservice test client deployment fails with the following error in the servers logs when starting the Admin and the Managed servers.

The same error is observed on 12.1.3 version of Weblogic as well when using JDK 1.7.0_151 and after applying July PSU
