Symptoms

User had the following installed:
  Tuxedo 11.1.1.2.0 with RP048
  Tuxedo SALT 11.1.1.2.0 with RP005
  WLS 12.2.1 client

User tried to connect to GWWS with SSL from WLS 12.2.1 Web Service client, user saw the following error logged in ULOG:
