Symptoms

OTD 12c version, Configuration

After enabling the case-sensitive-headers configuration, all known Request Headers are getting changed to lower case and passing to Origin Server but the custom Headers are not getting changed. Due to the change of Header Format the Origin Server fails to process the request.
