Invoice Amount Values Containing a Color Background in WebCenter Forms Recognition are not Extracted (Doc ID 2303039.1)

Symptoms

The current process is to use WebCenter Enterprise Capture to convert invoices (pdf) to TIFF first, then these invoices are sent to to WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier.  When verifying color invoices, the values are not extracted.  These values are in white text with a purple (and other) colored cells.
