Task Reviewer Is Not Able To View Tasks From Task Assignee. (Doc ID 2303130.1)

Symptoms

After selecting the "View Task" checkbox for the "Reviewer" (In JDeveloper, HumanTask ->  "Access" left-tab -> "Actions" top-tab -> "Fine Grained" radio-selecor), the Reviewer's Workspace doesn't show newly created instances.
