Symptoms

Scheduled jobs are not being executed on daily basis. This affecting all scheduled jobs, including WCCREC/URM adapter SYNC. FileCache errors observed in the server logs in or around the scheduled jobs transactions.

The following trace log entry for scheduledevents on the nighty RecordsManagementBatch transaction indicates the doEvent is being evaluated to "false", when it should be "true"to indicate the nightly records batch services was started successfully.
