Symptoms

Using OAM 11.1.1.5.3 and OID 11.1.1.6 :

After upgraded the OID from 11.1.1.6 to 11.1.1.9, All logins that use Active Directory password validation are failing and the logins that only have OID and do not have AD records succeed.

Note:
IDM version = 11.1.1.9.0
oracle_common version = 11.1.1.2.0
