Symptoms

Soa-infra fail to start with ORABPEL-04076 error:

The J2EE container was not configured properly; a data source with the expected name has not been created or has been removed.
Verify that the machine hosting the data source is physically connected to the network. In addition, verify that the connection pool properties, as defined in the application server startup properties, are valid.
