OAAM Log Configuration Not Available

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer are trying to enable TRACE logs for OAAM through EM console.
The log configuration option in EM console is greyed out.
Customer has tried with Note 2248376.1 and tried through the wlst however have got same issue.
OAM and OAAM deployed under the same Weblogic domain.
Customer is trying to set TRACE level for OAAM diagnostic logs thorough EM console.
