Symptoms

2017-09-05 13:38:47 ERROR OGG-01028 ORA-28360: security module internal error
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_INTERNAL_CLKM", line 3
ORA-06512: at line 1.

2017-09-05 13:38:47 ERROR OGG-01668 PROCESS ABENDING.

Had below entries

ORACLE.SECURITY.CL.ENCRYPTION.ORACLEGG
ORACLE.SECURITY.DB.ENCRYPTION.AVhAG8i/kk8RvyQNEaBLLiEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
ORACLE.SECURITY.DB.ENCRYPTION.MASTERKEY
ORACLE.SECURITY.TS.ENCRYPTION.BV3q4BOUXgz151+Xy+ksWaICAwAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

And Execute on SYS.DBMS_INTERNAL_CLKM is granted

Switch log file and restart of extract is not working.
