Print Options Are Disabled In The WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer For Cached Documents (Doc ID 2304694.1)

The print options are disabled in the Imaging Viewer for some documents that exist in the Viewer cache.

The Imaging Diagnostic log shows the following warning:
