OSB Version 12.2.1.2.0 Is Expecting A WSA Header In A Outbound Response (Doc ID 2304996.1)

Symptoms

Outbound requests is going successfully with the required WSA headers. But when the response is coming back from the external service, it fails in OSB as the headers are missing.
