LifeCycleEventInterceptor Not Triggered When Using Coherence Commons Include Directive (Doc ID 2304998.1)

Symptoms

 

LifeCycleEventInterceptor is not getting triggered for ACTIVATED event. Nothing is printed in the log file after the cache services are started. This issue only happens when using the include directive provided by the coherence-common package from com.oracle.coherence.incubator (12.5.0, 12.4.0) like below
