Goal

The Window's Service Account for A WebCenter Form Recognition (WFR) Windows Server has used 9GB on the local temp directory on the C drive.

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\DIST with size 8.71GB

What are the files under the temp directory, and how could these be safely removed?  The C drive is reserves for operating system and patching purposes.
