User Search – Saved Search With ‘Run Automatically’ Unticked Does Not Work

When the Advanced user search is saved with the 'Run Automatically' option un-ticked & Close the user tab and re-open for Search for users,the search criteria is ignored.
1) Save an Advanced user search with the 'Run Automatically' option un-ticked.
2) Close the user tab and re-open.
3) Search for users.
4) The search criteria is ignored.
