Symptoms

Oracle Adaptive Access Manager (OAAM) 11.1.2.3 : OAAM Console the User Tab on OAAM Sessions is not Displaying
 
1. Log into OAAM Console.
2. Click on Session tab and search.
3. Select a session.
4. Once the session displays, you will see the 5 sub-tabs: Checkpoints, Transactions, User, Device and Location.
5. Click on User tab and nothing shows up.
