While upgrade from OAM 188.8.131.52 to OAM 184.108.40.206, the Domain Extension Failed with the error below:
After the upgrade finished successfully, Both the WLS Admin Server, including the OAM Console as well as the OAM Managed Server appear to be starting and working properly and all features are available in OAM Console.
