Is There A Way To Suppress TM_QM_NAPTIME Message? (Doc ID 2306146.1)

Goal

User set TM_QM_NAPTIME parameter to 5000 in their environment variables.
After this change, user saw up to 20 log lines each second which have following output:

213827.TuxMachineName!sbbl.xxx.6696.-2: INFO: TM_QM_NAPTIME = "5000", naptime = 5000
213827.TuxMachineName!sbbl.xxx.11652.-2: 08-03-2017: Tuxedo Version 11.1.1.2.0 with VS2010, 32-bit

User wants to know whether there is a way to suppress these message.
