Symptoms
Attempt to make a WCC document a favorite via WCP results in Error:
Errors occurred during processing. The item 'IMGxx.PNG' was not added to your favorites.
ERROR Found in Log

Error executing WebCenter Content service 'FLD_ADD_FAVORITES': Unable to add file to folder. Unable to execute service method 'createFile'.
The error was caused by an internally generated issue.
The error has been logged. (status code: -32, message key: !csFldUnableToCreateDocumentLink!csUnableToExecMethod,createFile!csUnprivilegedSystemError)
