ssoShell.exe Is Not Executing In Windows 10 Using ESSO-LM V11. (Doc ID 2307532.1)

When I launch ESSO-LM from a windows 10 system you can see the process launch and then it goes red in process explorer and then disappears. I have removed all group policies from applying to my test system and disabled the antivirus which is trend XGen client. I was able get windows to log the error code -150 when I used windows debugging tools gflag. The current executable does run in the Window 7 environment with no issues.
