What is the Meaning of this Undocumented Enterprise Capture Batch Icon? (Doc ID 2307576.1)

Goal

A batch which was not able to be released, has the below icon when viewed in the Capture client.  This icon does not appear to be in the documentation (Table 2-2 Batch List Icons). What does this icon mean?
