Symptoms

Multiple test cases throws this error in OIM11.1.2.3 release:

Test Case 1:

    The Catalog Synchronization Job is failing when run from the system management page.
    The issue only occurs when the Process App Instance option is selected.

   After Configuring Email notification, any use case that generates email notification throws this error from notification handler:
