Problem When Publishing Target Destination Has Wrong Password in LDAP Integrated Environment (Doc ID 2307691.1)

When an incorrect password is configured for a publish destination, the target is continuously pinged and the user account can be locked as a result.  In this situation the following error is printed to sites.log
