Symptoms
APEX 5.1 - cannot create Page Process to invoke an existing manually created Web Service.
When trying to do the following in APEX 5.1 the option doesn't appear correctly.
1. Create a Web Service using SOAP 1.1 with no authentication.
2. Test the HTTP protocol with the manually created web service to confirm that it works.
3. Go into the APEX application and try to create a new page process to invoke the web service just created.
4. When doing this the drop down for the Web Service Operation is stuck in the default option and there is no way to select the new web service.
