Symptoms
An LDAP user is unable to open the OSB Console
Despite using the WebLogic Console to add the LDAP user to the Monitor role in security/roles, the user can only access the Enterprise Manager and WebLogic console.
They cannot log into the OSB Console. Trying to do do fails with:
