OIM Design Console Constantly Crashes With ORA-00933 (Doc ID 2308132.1)

Goal

OIM Design Console running on Windows 2012 R2 Server using Java JDK 1.7.0_99 constantly crashes with following exception:

com.thortech.xl.dataaccess.tcClientDataAccessException: DB_READ_FAILED
Detail: SQL: Select count(*) as cnt from DAV where DAV_MAP_VALUE=''ADAPTER TYPE''
Description: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

SQL State: 42000
