On Refresh Filters Not Working In Provisioning Tasks

When a user navigates to the Provisioning tasks in self service and verifies the provisioning tasks by applying the filter as "Assigned" tasks then only Assigned tasks are getting visible. But when on the same screen user clicks the refresh button the filters are not working as expected and even the completed tasks are getting visible to the user.
1. Login as a enduser (TestManager) to selfservice having more than 30 manual fulfilment task.
2. In filter select Completed task, it will list only Completed task then click on refresh button.
3. Now select "Assigned" task in drop down, scroll down we are able to see completed task also even filter is selected as Assigned.
