On Refresh Filters Not Working In Provisioning Tasks

When a user navigates to the Provisioning tasks in self service and verifies the provisioning tasks by applying the filter as "Assigned" tasks then Assigned tasks as well as Completed task are shown to the user. This happens with when following steps are done:
1. Login as a enduser to selfservice having more than 30 manual fulfilment task.
2. In filter select Completed task, it will list only Completed task then click on refresh button.
3. Now select "Assigned" task in drop down, scroll down we are able to see completed task also even filter is selected as Assigned.
