Symptoms
Applying Web Cache Security Patch Beginning with CPU January 2016 (e.g 22013598), results in the following error when launching Web Cache page.
Patch applied: <Patch 22013598>: WEBCACHE SECURITY PATCH UPDATE 11.1.1.7.0 (CPUJAN2016)
ERROR in browser
Note: Reverting the patch, removes the error and would be able to access Web Cache.
