Symptoms
When running an integration interface in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11.1.1.7 or 11.1.1.9, the following error is thrown:
-3406 : 22006 : java.sql.SQLException: data exception: invalid interval format
REPLACE(TO_CHAR(<TABLE>.<COLUMN>), '20', 'FY')
Caused by: org.hsqldb.HsqlException: user lacks privilege or object not found: REPLACE
