WebLogic Admin Startup and Node Manager Issue with SSL - SHA2 Demo Certificates (Doc ID 2309186.1)

Symptoms

New installation of WLS 10.3.6 gives the following error during Admin Server startup:

In some cases, we also encountered an exception for Nodemanager which said that the listen port is not an integer, although the port number was 5556 which did not make any sense. We do not have the error stack for this exception.

Changes

 This is an out of the box new installation. No changes were made.
