In Apache 2.2 KeepAliveSecs defined in httpd.conf Does Not Take Effect (Doc ID 2309272.1)

Symptoms

Using newest released 12.2.1.3 plugin:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/webtier/downloads/index-jsp-156711.html 

WebLogic:
HTTP Keep Alive Time: 60 seconds

Apache version:
2.2.15

Plug-in configuration in httpd.conf:

Regarding network packet, WebLogic closed the connection which is between WebLogic and Apache Plug-in after a lapse of 60 seconds depending on last HTTP access.
