All Roles Are Not Listed While Adding Hierarchy To A Role (Doc ID 2309702.1)

Symptoms

All roles are not listed while adding hierarchy to a role and only 28 Roles are seen. So when one tries to add hierarchy to a role i.e trying to assign a parent to a role one can see only 7 pages and each page contains 4 entries.

Steps to reproduce:

Create 40 roles (or more than 30)
Open a role -> Go to Hierarchy Tab
Click on search button to search roles
You will see only 28 roles listed and not all of them

Same issue was happening at certification scenario as well.
