Symptoms

OWSM Policies are not applied after change any properties to the proxy service

when Open the PS-REST and change message tracing for example to FULL or TERSE or any other properties, when PS has a security police (oracle/http_test_token_service_policy) and apply the access control to transport level for a weblogic group - when apply the changes and try to check the services from console OSB or from Postman client has the following error:
