Symptoms

Accessing Security -> Credentials (in order to display the Credential store) fails with the following error in EM Console :
 

Failed to get attribute Aliases from MBean com.oracle.jps:type=JpsCredentialStore

The System MBean Browser also shows that the jpsCredentialStore MBean is not available.
