Symptoms

Using pack/unpack command to create same domain configuration from source to target environment.

But it failed to execute unpack command on target environment.   Even it was tried to create new domain JAR by executing pack, then unpack again but same exception persists.

Steps:

1.  Pack successfully on source environment

Creating one domain JAR "staging1221_managed.jar" by executing  pack command on source environment.

/opt/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/oracle_common/common/bin/pack.sh -domain=/opt/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/staging -template=/tmp/staging1221_managed.jar -template_name="Staging 1221 Domain" -managed=true

2. Failed to parse the config-nodemanager.xml when executing unpack on target environment

"
/opt/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/oracle_common/common/bin/unpack.sh -domain=/opt/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/staging -template=/tmp/staging1221_managed.jar
<< read template from "/tmp/staging1221_managed.jar"
>> fail: read template from "/tmp/staging1221_managed.jar"
Parsing the config-nodemanager.xml failed!: config-nodemanager.xml

"

config-nodemanager.xml:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<nod:nodeManagerInfo xmlns:nod="http://xmlns.oracle.com/cie/nodemanager">
<nod:userName>*******</nod:userName>
<nod:password>********</nod:password>
<nod:nodeManagerHome>********</nod:nodeManagerHome>
<nod:perDomainNodeManager>true</nod:perDomainNodeManager>
