Unable to disable ECDHE-RSA-RC4-SHA cipher on Oracle HTTP Server 12.1.3 by adding below lines to ssl.conf file

Set !RC4 in the ssl.conf to disable "ECDHE-RSA-RC4-SHA" cipher.
