WFR RTS is Picking up Batches Before Being Completely Imported into the System

Within a WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) configuration, there is one batch id which contains multiple invoices. In some cases, after importing into WFR, the folder containing the multiple invoices gets split into multiple batch ids. It is expected that multiple invoices remain within one batch.
