Goal

In an environment where Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c is integrated with Version Control (VCS) Apache Subversion (SVN) or Git, when creating tags it has been observed that ODI also makes changes to the Repository.

Shouldn't ODI simply create the tags in SVN without modifications in the ODI Repository?

What happens in the background when a tag is created and new versions are added to VCS?
