User with SOAMonitor role cannot view BPM Audit trail in EM (Doc ID 2312779.1)

User with SOAMonitor role cannot view BPM Audit trail in EM.

When a user is given SOAMonitor role they are able to see the BPEL Audit
trail. But cannot see BPM process Audit trail from EM.

They get following error message,

Instance details not available for the selected Instance. The user may not
have permission to view instance details, or it may be a stale instance

which indicates the audit trail should be viewable by user who had Monitor
and SOAMonitor Role.
